The 205 strut stuff is found under alot of 73-77 F-250 4x4's. It works great if you're running a 205. I tried to make a good strut setup for my 24, but never got one that worked as good as the factory 205 stuff.

Have you figured the drivetrain angle you're going to run with the late model mated case in your '67?
Late model Fords use a much longer mated case setup than an early 435/205 or C-6/205 was. The BW 1356 is long enough that it runs into the cab floor crossmember in the rear if you run the normal 4x4 5 degree angle. I had to run the cummins/M5R2/1356 in my '71 at 6.5 degrees to clear the cab floor by 1/4" at the t-case. I had to run a HP front axle for the front driveline angle to be acceptable.

The clock ring will give me 20 degrees of rotation on the transfer case so maybe that will miss the crossmember? They say then with the 12" lift and 20 degree of clock the drive angle is acceptable. I havent measured or set any of that up yet though still welding holes on the frame up and soon to take it to a frame shop to verify the frame is all square and good before continuing on with boxing the front and setting up the leaf springs for that. Did you still run a carrier bearing for the drive shaft or go to single?

I bet you'll miss the crossmember with the clock ring installed. I got the perfect angle in my '71 by bolting the early tranny mount right up to the tranny and setting the stock crossmember right on the lower lip of the frame rail. I had to C-noth the crossmember for driveline clearance though.
The trucks I have are all standard cab 4x4's. I don't think ford used a two piece shaft on a 4x4 unless it was a later model extended or crew truck.
