I have recently purchased a 72 lwb f100 and would like to replace alot of the trim that the chrome is pitted, or the alum is dinged or lenses that are cracked. where is the best most resonable place to purchase these items? i want them to be new or like new condition. can be remakes. im building a show truck outa this one.

I haven’t purchased anything from any of these suppliers yet so I can’t help with answer there but on your trim question.
The only thing I can see that will be a problem is that the 70-72 have the side marker in the trim at the back of the bed, and the earlier ones do not. You would have to change the end caps of the bed so that the early trim would go all the way to the back. I’m looking at the brochures of the different years here for what I’m basing this on… http://www.fordification.com/lit-home.htm#1970
