Does anyone know if the PTO on a Dana 24 would bolt up to the PTO location on a NP435 transmission? It hangs real low off of the transfer case and I would prefer to move it up onto the transmission. Thanks.

No it will not.
Transfer case PTO allows 1-4 gears and reverse to drive the PTO. Transmission PTO only has one speed and one direction.
