I have T19 with the tag that says E3T3-MC I know its from a 83 truck but thats all what does the rest mean

The number tells us only one thing, it is from an 83 or later truck.

There may be another line of numbers. If there is, it will identify the plant & day the unit was built..Not on all tags.....Donnie

That's probably E3TA-MC which is E3TA 7003-MC.
It's out of an 83-85 F250 or F350 4x2 with a 6.9L diesel or a 460 V8 gas engine. It has a 6-tooth speedometer gear.
