aode transmission
anyone know what the front plug with 2 wire is on an aode trans? its in a 1992 mustang 2.3

If I remember right, I'm pretty sure it's for the reverse lights

If it is an AODE trans, it has more than 2 wires involved-& I believe the rev lites are part of the MLPS.......I'm shooting from the hip on this one. I could look it up, but I'm at home & the manuals are at the shop....There are other tranny men on here, maybe someone else will chip in...

Just checked, there is NO 2 wire plug in this location on this trans..........Donnie
