When he was flying his return flight, he noticed that he was seated next to another very attractive young lady.

As he was stowing his carry-on in the overhead bin, he heard her sneeze, and noticed that her whole body shook,

He was concerned that she might be contagious, and wondered if he might get a cold or something just by sitting next to her for the trip.

As he settled into his seat, she sneezed again, and again her whole body shuddered.

He thought to himself "This doesn't bode well."

When it happened a third time, he asked her "Look, Miss, is there something I can do for you? Maybe call the Stewardess or something?"

The girl smiled at him and said "No, I'm ok, it's just that I'm suffering from a rare medical condition. See, every time I sneeze, I have an orgasm."

The man was taken aback somewhat, and finally ventured to ask "Well, are you taking anything for it?"
